Rental Income Assessment

The first step in a successful vacation rental is determining its value. What is the earning potential of your property? In an ever changing, fluid market, it is important to stay up to date on fluctuating rental prices. We want to offer you the most current information available so that you have a clear understanding of the projected rates for your home.


Location, time of year, number of bedrooms & bathrooms, and available amenities all come into play when determining the optimal rates. Fill out our Rental Income Assessment form and we will research and analyze the market to provide you with a breakdown of your potential earnings.

Home Evaluation

When you choose Postcard Vacation Rentals to manage your home, we go to work right away. Starting with a home evaluation, we take specific steps to set up your vacation rental for success.

  1. Assessment of Amenities: The amenities and extra comforts included with a rental home are key components that lead to reservations and an increase in income.   2. Inventory Checklist: Your home is a valuable asset and the items inside of it contribute to that value. Before any guests occupy your rental property, we take a comprehensive inventory of the contents. Each room is assessed so that we can track any future damage or loss.
  3. Rental Schedule: Even homeowners need a vacation every now and then! Prior to listing your home, we sit down with you to ensure that any potential dates you would like blocked off for personal use are recorded accurately.

Listing Creation

Now the fun begins! We use our creative side to capture beautiful photographs of your rental and craft a compelling home description that highlights all your rental has to offer.
